This website introduces Habits for Life Wellness and NOURISH. It does not offer an account, application, booking, payment, checkout, or health intake form. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a place or enroll you in NOURISH.

Website data

The parent pages use no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded booking tools, or application cookies. Images and styles are included with the site. The hosting service may process routine connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

NOURISH waitlist

On the NOURISH page, an embedded MailerLite form requests required name, required email address, and consent. It does not ask for other custom fields or health information. The consent states: By joining the waitlist, I agree to receive NOURISH Cohort 1 updates from Angela Bailey. I can unsubscribe anytime.

The embedded form is hosted by MailerLite. After the NOURISH page loads, MailerLite may use provider scripts and cookies within that cross origin frame. The parent page does not load universal tracking scripts. The hosted form has its own privacy information.

General email list signup

To join the general email list, use the Newsletter page. This is a separate email only signup. MailerLite uses its native confirmation process and the form requests only email address and explicit consent. It does not request your name. Joining the general email list does not join the NOURISH waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not subscribe you to the general email list. Please do not include health information.

The newsletter page opens a hosted form only after you select its link. Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link.
