Who is health coaching for?

Health coaching is for everyday people who want to feel better and improve their health but are not sure where to start. Many of my clients have been told by their doctor to lose some weight, move more, lower their blood pressure, or improve their labs, but they never got a clear plan for how to do that.

Is your health coaching available online?

Yes! All programs are available both in-person at our Garrettsville location and online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.

Group coaching and 1-on-1 options are available online, and all materials (like worksheets, trackers, and habit plans) are digital. Online coaching includes open Q&A time and access to the same tools you'd get in person.

What is the first step to start with Habits for Life Wellness?

With a background in psychology and performance, I understand how mindset, stress, motivation, and everyday routines shape your ability to make lasting change. I hold dual degrees in Psychology and Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology, and I combine that education with real world coaching to help you feel better, move more, and improve your health long term.
